Cool News!

I received some cool news today! A while back I had submitted the picture of my new stamping area to a company who is putting together a new book on organizing and creating spaces. Today I got an email that they've narrowed everything down and would like MORE pictures of my space as they decide which to include in the book! That's pretty exciting! Only problem now is that I took that picture before I'd put everything in the space. Now it's an utter mess. *grin* Looks like I'm going to have to do some cleaning.

Right now the desk surface is covered in dozens of post it pads and chipboard coasters, patterned paper scraps and prima flowers. I've been kicking into high gear to create things to sell at fall craft fairs. I've decided on the assembly line style of creating which works for a lot of people but I get kind of discouraged when I work for hours and hours and don't have a completed project. :(

I did manage to send home a box a couple of weeks ago of things for mom to sell. The sale is this weekend and some things have gone already plus I have an order from my aunt for some of the chipboard/post it tag magnets. I'm in the process of getting those done so that I can take them home with me in June.

I made my boat reservations today! Only one month until vacation starts and I just can't wait! Next week and the week after I'm off to Halifax and Dartmouth. The following week I'm in Truro, so this month won't be long going! I just can't wait for summer.
